As part of our technical support, we offer our customers prototyping of aluminium profiles or components such as caps and plugs using 3D printing. This service allows you to create an accurate sample profile that can be thoroughly inspected and tested before being put into mass production. This will give you a better idea of the final product and help you decide before you invest in an expensive production tool, the so-called “die”.

Our company prints from a wide range of materials that include PLA, ABS, PET, HIPS, Flex PP, Ninjaflex, Laywood, Laybrick, Nylon, Bamboofill, Bronzefill, ASA, T-Glase and carbon fiber filaments. This choice of materials allows us to adapt to the specific needs and requirements of each customer, whether it is strength, flexibility or aesthetics.

Prusa Original Printers

For the production of 3D prints we use printers from the Czech manufacturer Prusa Research s.r.o. We have three Original Prusa MK4S printers and an Original Prusa XL printer. We can offer printing from various materials such as PLA, PETG etc.
